Scott Crockett

A true Camden native and outdoor enthusiast, I’ve always had a strong drive for helping people. I sold audio and video systems in Camden in the late 80s while taking college classes at night. I owned and operated a convenience store in Lincolnville in the 90s. More recently, I’ve deployed computer systems, and provided problem solving technical services throughout the state for 15 years.
People know when you are genuinely interested in helping them. I ask the right qualifying questions, and listen carefully to their answers. People relax and actually start enjoying themselves when they know that I’m advocating for them.
I’ve always had an interest in land and architecture.
My wife Erin and I, enjoy touring historical homes and other important landmarks. I designed and helped build our Lincolnville home, and am currently finishing our two story barn. Of course I’ve had help. Knowing how to get the right help is the key to getting things done that may otherwise seem impossible. I have great relationships with Contractors and Tradesmen in the area. I’m always happy to help connect people with local services needed.
I’ve been buying, selling, and negotiating transactions since I was five. I call it “doing the dance”. There’s always a solution. Freshly educated, I’ve also recently attended Sellers Representation classes. I have no predispositions about how the real estate industry used to work. I’m putting to use, the latest and effective technologies that will help you buy or sell with confidence!
