In the type of housing market that we are currently seeing, where homes fly off the market even before they hit MLS, I really didn't think that I needed a Realtor to sell my house...In fact, my mindset was "why would I pay someone to sell my house when I can do it all by myself". I decided to invite a few real estate agents/Realtors to convince me I needed to use them to sell in this hot market. Without a doubt, Lorelie convinced me that it had nothing to do with my house not selling, but maximizing the profit margin and how she and her team could do this for me. I sold and bought a property with her and the team and they made this process so comfortable. On the house we were selling, they were amazing at advising where to put my money to prep the house for sale, great communication on timelines, dates, times, things I needed to do by when...almost like my own personal assistant, even helped find me a vendor to fix something, and then amazing on suggesting how we should be setting up showings and timelines for offers. Lorelie walked me through everything step by step and when the offers started rolling in (she kept me briefed and compiled all the details so we could quickly walk through all offers and make an informed decision). She got everything set up so quickly, I was under contract with an extremely strong offer WELL over what I was going to sell the house for "myself" and definitely paid for herself. With my buy, she didn't pressure us to buy the house, was extremely informative of the best offer to put in, took care of EVERYTHING from inspectors to mortgage lenders and beyond, even took possession of our house as we were out of town and ensured everything went well. This comes from a person who really didn't think I needed a Realtor, This group took care of me and went WELL above my expectations. Where do I begin?! As a first time home buyer, I had heard a lot of stories about home buying, especially in the Atlanta market. We had the usual anxiety that comes with house hunting and Scott was able to navigate us and the market with a level head, putting us at ease along the way. Our only regret? Now that we have closed on our home, we don't get to see our friends at the Halcyon Home Group anymore!

We are so glad Scott was recommended to us! He went above and beyond to help us find our new home in Atlanta. Customer service was great - Scott was very knowledgeable about the area. When we first met with him, he took the time to sit down with us and ask the right questions to know what items were must haves in our new home. He knows the market well, and helped educate us about the buying process, especially in this hot real estate market. Scott pointed out concerns/ potential maintenance issues with a few of the houses we visited. Helped us navigate a competitive bidding process, and used his real estate knowledge to make sure we weren’t overpaying. He really helped make the process go smoothly! He also referred to several other vendors, including a mortgage broker and maid service. We would definitely recommend Scott for anyone looking in the North Atlanta area.
