Professionally trained Horticulturist/Designer for over 18 years, who specializes in developing undesirable properties; and making them intriguing to unexpected buyers. Created a demand for myself in three states with a emphasis on trees and the techniques of pollarding, transplanting, and wound care. Found my true calling for Horticulture after apprenticing under the late Beatty Hannah in the specialized fields of moss gardens, dry stacked stone, and drainage. These areas of expertise allowed me to work on multi-million dollar estates for many high profile clients. My "eagle eye" nickname came from clients/co-workers/friends for my love of playing in the dirt and my eye to change the lay of the land. Many people can move dirt around, only the best know how to jump on a machine, visualize it, and finish the dirt. Being around construction sites for nearly 20 years, studying the work of other craftsman, I have become educated in all aspects of home building. The past 3 years since moving to full time real estate, I have taken on many real estate flips. My last flip just appraised for $475,000 and was a complete renovation of a Southern Living home. I enjoy any challenge that comes my way, and face it head on; not many have the patience for complicated projects. My experience all over Alabama, have given me a huge contact list. I often work limited consensual dual, by connecting the dots in order to pair the right buyers and sellers.
