Scott found us a great rental & toured it (twice!) on our behalf because we were house hunting from 2,000 miles away! I don’t know how we ever would have found a place in the massive housing scramble of Seattle without his resources and assistance. He’s got a great sense of humor & is clearly an experienced negotiator. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who knows their stuff and can get things done!

With how crazy the market is because of the pandemic, I'm so grateful I was referred to Scott as he was able put my mind at ease and help me with the home buying process; as a first-time homebuyer, the current housing market could get very intimidating. He's very perceptive and welcoming the first time I met him. I was under a time crunch due to my current leasing situation so we both went straight to work, viewing homes and what not. On the SECOND day when I found the right house - he was able to get our offer accepted and knock out everyone in the competition. I was very impressed, literally! To this day, I still couldn’t believe what happened. Communication played a huge part, as well as how Scott approached the situation given the current market needs (low inventory and crazy high demand). I’m so lucky and grateful to have Scott work alongside while we cross the finish the line and secure my very first home. Thank you, Scott. Scott was fully engaged in every aspect of our purchase from the time of our offer to final closing. During the process several issues emerged that Scott negotiated, ultimately saving us approximately $1500. He is very knowledgeable, a skilled negotiator, and pays attention to every detail. Our experience with Scott was five star. We highly recommend him.

Update 1/16/21: In 2020, Scott sold two properties for us and we couldn't have been more pleased. He is a "hands on" type of realtor who will even pick up a mop to make sure the property is as presentable as possible. He runs down every detail in the sales process and kept us fully informed along the way. He has incredible knowledge of the markets and real estate procedures. In the future, buying or selling, he is my first choice and I know he will make the transaction happen!

We met Scott through a referral from our Lender. At first, he was a stranger but now has become one of our best family friends. Scott was always willing to show us a home we wanted to see as quickly as possible because of the competitive market we are in. He always presented us with several strategies to win and was also very cognizant of our budget and comfort level. We competed on many offers, and even had some under contract, but he was always looking out for our best interest and was able to get us out of them with no risk to our Earnest money. He was a fierce negotiator and we had written 8 offers before we finally landed the dream home we always wanted. In the end, he was even able to negotiate a $7000 price reduction to keep the deal together. We are very thankful and appreciative of Scott’s efforts and would highly recommend Scott for any of your Real Estate needs. A realtor is much more than a person who simply sells your house or sells you a house. A true realtor becomes a friend, cares about the sale, cares about you and your family and is very respectful of your home. They take the time to explain everything in detail so that you understand what to expect. They keep you apprised of the progress of the sale or purchase. When I sold my home, Scott lived up to this description. Scott said I had to interview him for the job of selling my home, but I knew that he was the one that I wanted to represent me from the beginning. He patiently explained each detail to me and walked me through every step of the way. The sale went smoothly and very quickly. He visited countless properties and created a personal video showcasing the place as we were living out of state. Scott Fiechtner helped our son purchase a property in Sedro Woolley, along way from his normal area of operation. Initially I was concerned that he would not put much effort into the purchase, but I was pleasantly surprised. For such a small sale we ran into an inordinate number of problems, some of which were so unusual that everyone involved were shaking their head. Through it all Scott was so professional and dedicated and worked the problem to a successful conclusion. Before retiring I worked as a residential real estate appraiser and I have worked with some of the very best agents in King and Snohomish counties and I would rank Scott up there with any of them.

My Wife and I had been renting for quite some time. During that time, Scott kept in touch and always offered his assistance to help us when we felt the time was right to start looking at homes.

Scott sent information about homes that fit our criteria and also provided valuable research about the homes that my Wife was interested in.
Once we narrowed down the search, and a couple of the right homes became available, Scott made every effort to keep us in front of the bouncing ball to make sure we did not miss the chance to own the home that we wanted.

Scott’s expertise as an agent really came to light once we found the house we wanted to buy. He provided valuable information to help us make a solid offer, he made every effort to stay in contact with us as things were progressing, and even prepared us for the worst case scenario if it came to be.

We followed his advice and we are now living happily in our new home!
