Scott Francis is a trusted real estate advisor that blends a background in finance with a lifelong interest in architecture and design. He prides himself on his professionalism and being able to advocate on behalf of his clients, and he enjoys both the negotiating process as well as the excitement of achieving his clients’ real estate goals. Scott’s interest in design began early on when he helped his family renovate their home on Cape Cod. It continued when he spent a semester studying the subject at the Florence University of the Arts. The rest of his undergraduate education was spent at the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University, where he majored in finance and marketing. Upon graduating, he spent eight years working at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.
Scott uses his experience in business, design, and project management to better inform and serve his clients. He is an effective listener, and he stands with his clients through every step of the buying and selling process. He understands the ups-and-downs of the market, and he knows how to leverage traditional and digital marketing channels.
Scott is originally from Connecticut but grew up in Massachusetts. He enjoys traveling, boating, playing squash, and antiquing, and he loves spending time with his family and friends in Nantucket. He now lives in Gramercy Park with his German Shorthaired Pointer, Dart.
