As the son of two teachers and a former educator myself I assist my clients through every step of the way. I have encountered many financial situations, short sales, loan modifications, probate sales, property management, tenant trouble, 1031 tax deferred exchanges over the few decades and assisted hundreds of first time buyers or sellers with their properties.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Teacher's Credential from San Jose Sate University and taught High School shop classes before getting into Real Estate.
