Scott Heath

Scott Heath is a dedicated father, husband, friend, sports lover, and 18+ year resident of Bluff Park. He attended Union University in Jackson, TN, on full academic scholarship and earned his bachelor's degree in Mathematics. From Union University, Scott attended Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham and Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary In Memphis, where he completed his Masters of Divinity degree with academic honors. For 20+ years, Scott served in full-time vocational ministry as an ordained minister in several capacities, including Student Pastor and Executive Pastor. During his vocational ministry tenure, he served at Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Vestavia Hills for 17 years, Chairman of the Metro Youth Ministers Association, and Chaplain of the Vestavia Hills High School varsity football team (9 years).

Scott transitioned into real estate with the commitment to love God and love people, fueled by his desire to serve people, help others make their house a home, and see the Birmingham area grow in beauty and family friendliness. In January 2020, Scott was awarded "Rookie of the Year" for ARC Realty with 26 transactions and $6.6 million+ sales in his 1st year of real estate! In 2021, Scott was recognized by ARC as a Top Producer, with $12+ million in real estate sales volume.

Aside from real estate, Scott is the husband of Paula Heath, who serves as the Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator at Unless U, a non-profit organization for adults with special needs. He and Paula have 3 sons, Elijah at Jefferson State Community College, Gabe in high school at Heritage Christian Academy, Ben in middle school at Heritage Christian Academy, and a daughter-dog Daisy, who is the most beloved family member! Scott also enjoys watching and playing sports, coaching, outdoors, reading, and traveling.
