Having lived locally his entire life, Scott Hoang’s roots run deep in the greater Seattle area. Within his family, he has spent a tremendous amount of time working with his immediate family including in the well-known restaurants of both his mother and Huong Binh and his sister’s restaurant Pho Cyclo Café. Fluent in Vietnamese, Scott has been able to leverage these connections and his ability to communicate effectively to help his local Asian community. His experience is always growing and over the years in real estate, has helped him in the development of relationships with investors looking at land acquisitions in the South Sound area, new construction and resale over the greater Seattle area, and investing time within his own peer group, helping extensively with those people who are first time home buyers looking to purchase their first place.
His dedication to his family, his clients, and his community underpins his priorities and those values resonate with his level of commitment and service and his desire to exceed all expectations. Recently he has been expanding and focusing his attention on his local community where he lives in the Fairwood area of Renton.
