Over 20 years ago, I started buying, selling, and renting homes. In addition to that, I was an independent insurance agent specializing in insuring Real Estate investors. I still hold my Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. I first came to The Villages and Central Florida in 2004. When I decided to start the second half of my life, this paradise was an easy and natural decision. I have become a Multi Million Dollar Producer and recently named the Top Agent in 2015. I am currently closing over 1 million dollars in real estate every month! Living in The Villages is unbelievable. This is the most active, healthy, lively, and friendly community in the world. I live an active lifestyle. I have completed 4 full Ironman Triathlons, ultra marathons, and several cycling tours. The Villages was an obvious choice with over 2500 clubs. There is something for everyone. I am involved with the cycling club, scuba club, water ski club, soccer club, and parrot head club to name a few. The Villages is an hour and a half drive to either coast; Orlando, Tampa, or St. Pete. There is never a shortage of things to do in Central Florida. Oh, and the number one reason for living in Florida…THE WEATHER, WEATHER, WEATHER!!!!!
