In 1990 Scott began his career in the real estate industry with Baca Landata, a real estate information company. He transitioned into the residential real estate appraising field in 1992 and remains active in this field today. With 26 years in the real estate industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the benefit of his clients. Always placing the clients best interest first, in every transaction, has resulted in countless referrals. It's exciting assisting clients with the purchase of a new home or selling their existing home. For Scott, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing the smiles on their faces when receiving the keys to their new home. As a resident of Katy since 1998, Scott enjoys the small town feel that hasn't been lost in Katy's growth. When time permits, he enjoys golf and traveling internationally.
