A Strong Foundation in Business & Service
Born and raised in Red Lion, PA, Scott has spent his entire life in York County, giving him firsthand knowledge of the local communities, market trends, and investment opportunities. As a lifelong York County resident, business owner, and property investor, Scott offers firsthand market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering results. Now a full-time Realtor, he is dedicated to providing expert guidance and ensuring every transaction is seamless for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
In 2008, Scott transitioned into business ownership and entrepreneurship, earning his Barber License and taking on a leadership role in his family’s long-standing barbershop business. His dedication, adaptability, and work ethic led him to become a business partner in 2010 and, ultimately, the sole owner of the shop and its real estate in 2019.
A Natural Transition to Real Estate
Scott’s journey into real estate began with his own investment properties, where he developed a passion for buying, selling, and managing homes. With years of experience in customer service, business ownership, and negotiations, transitioning to a full-time real estate career became the natural next step.
More Than Just Real Estate
When he’s not helping clients navigate the market, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelli, and their two sons, Austin and Mason. The family stays active in the Windsor Township Recreational Baseball League, where Scott is deeply involved in coaching and supporting youth sports
Beyond real estate, Scott is deeply committed to serving his community. He volunteers as President of Alliance Fire and Rescue, where he is also an active firefighter. In addition to responding to calls, he plays a key role in day-to-day operations, ensuring the department runs efficiently to protect and serve local residents.
For relaxation, the Kopps love to travel to Ocean City, Maryland—Scott highly recommends Dead Freddies for the best crab cakes on 65th Street! They also enjoy vacationing in Ocean Lakes, South Carolina, a place they now call their second home, where everything is just a golf cart ride away.
