I have been involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate for over 10 years now. My experience does not just include the buying and selling of existing homes; I have gained hands on experience in all aspects of land purchase, land development, new home construction, and real estate investment that has provide me with knowledge and insights that are invaluable to my clients.
Having run my own real estate company I am keenly aware of the importance of customer service. I believe in always being available to my clients and strive not just to meet my clients expectations but to exceed them. In all real estate transactions I believe that providing valuable information is the key to the decision making process. I want my listing clients to understand that I have taken the time to price and market their house effectively to achieve the maximum sales price in the shortest amount of time.
The process of buying, selling, or building a home is one of the largest financial decisions most people will make in their lifetime.
