Scott Louser

Scott is an experienced individual with a diverse background. In politics, he was Assistant Majority Leader in the North Dakota House of Representatives in 2019 and served as the Majority Caucus Chairman in 2015. He also took on the role of Interim Chairman for the Government Administration Committee in 2017 and was involved with Legislative Management.

In the real estate industry, Scott has been a licensed Realtor in North Dakota since 1997. He has actively participated in various committees at the Minot Board, the North Dakota Association, and the National Association of Realtors. His leadership roles include serving as Vice President for NAR in 2012 and Chairman of the RPAC Participation Council in 2014. On the national level, he has contributed to committees like Risk Management (as chair), Housing Needs, Federal Taxation, MLS, Executive, Nominating, and Research Committees.

Beyond politics and real estate, Scott is engaged in his community. He served as President of the Minot Young Professionals Network. He was involved with organizations such as the MSU Board of Regents, Alumni Association, Souris Valley United Way, and Beaver Boosters. In 2014, he was elected to the Minot Hockey Boosters Board of Directors and nominated for the position of Treasurer.
