On one side of his family tree stands his grandfather, Mr. Loveridge, a visionary who spearheaded numerous residential subdivisions and commercial projects throughout the area, including Loveridge Heights (Ballard Park area). On the other side, his grandfather, Mr. Miles, was the proprietor of Warren & Sons Plumbing, a cornerstone enterprise in Central Florida known for both residential and commercial plumbing services.
Driven by familial inspiration and a passion for real estate, Scott embarked on a career path that mirrored his forebears' endeavors. For over two decades, he has been an active participant in the real estate market, undertaking ventures in development, renovation, and property sales.
In his latest endeavor, Scott partnered with Larry Jarnes to establish Relentless Real Estate Brokerage, which includes Residential, Commercial, and Investment real estate transactions.
