About Scott

As a "full-time, full-service" REALTOR®, I am ready and able to answer any and all questions you may have about real estate. I consider myself a "go-getter" and I believe this carries over to my real estate career. I strive to make my clients happy, not just so they will use my services again or refer me, but because it brings me great pride to know that I have helped someone in their goal of happiness.

After working in the real world for a while, I received a degree in Video Production from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I used this education to manage a video production business for four years in Greensboro, N.C. I also worked for CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties in Greensboro. While in Greensboro, I met a wonderful lady named Kelly, who I had the honor of marrying in July 2003. We moved to the beach in 2004. Kelly is the Events Director for the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce.

I also serve as a member of the Air Force Reserve as a newspaper reporter and photographer.

I first talked to Scott about 10 months ago by phone. He was very helpful in our search for a new home. He asked the right questions about what we were looking for and then began sending me a listing of properties. When my daughter began her search for a home, my first thought was to call Scott. Immediately he sent her a listing of properties that met her requests. My daughter closed on her house in January and soon after Scott helped my husband and me find the perfect house for us. No matter what the issue was or what time of day or night that I would contact Scott, he was right back with an answer. There are really no words that I can use to express how much I think of Scott. He knows his business and he never hesitated to give me his opinion of how he would handle a situation. While looking on line for properties in the North Myrtle Beach area, I saw one in which Scott was the listing agent. From my first telephone conversation with him, I was impressed with his knowledge of the market and his complete professionalism. My wife and I made a short trip in November with no intention of buying anything, but Scott had lined up 6 different properties based on our budget requirements and area preferences, and we ended up making an offer on the last property we saw. Scott advocated for us every step of the way; he negotiated with the sellers for a great price (our original offer), offered suggestions for small contractors for renovations, and generally made himself indispensable.
