About Scott
Scott Meredith is a product of Orlando, Fl. We are so proud to have another Orlando native as a part of Tuscawilla Realty. Scott is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. There is a strong connection to the University of Central Florida in our family and in our business.
Scott Meredith is an entrepeneur who has owned several businesses involved with energy efficient home improvements. Scott’s experience makes him knowledgeable and familiar with the “ins” and “outs” of real estate, contracts, and customer satisfaction which is always his number one goal. His specialty is being an expert negotiator and he has been closing deals in all areas of sales for over 20 years. He has an enthusiasm and passion for life, paired with the patience, needed to be successful in the real estate business.
Scott is an intergral part of Tuscawilla Realty. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, his responsibilities are great. He is crucial to our success. He is a result-oriented strategist whose confidence, perseverance, and vision promote success. He strives to utilize his sales, management, and organizational skills to provide his clients with the best possible outcome. His ability to communicate and interact effectively with everyone makes him comfortable in any environment.
Training of agents that join our firm is one of his responsibilities. Scott, knows how important “Family First” is to Tuscawilla Realty. He understands that anyone who does business with or works with us has to be considered a part of our family.
Tuscawilla Realty will someday be operated jointly by Scott Meredith and Joe Lopez. That has been the plan and intention of the founder since day one. Scott is married to Hank’s daughter, Chrissy, who is a speech pathologist working with the autistic population in the Orlando area. They have two amazing teenagers, Hunter and Camdyn, who are already contributing members of Tuscawilla Realty.
Scott and his family started a non-profit organization called Green H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Every day) after a serious accident affected our family forever. From that incident, his family was inspired to ‘give back’ to others in any way they can, so he is thrilled to work together with the Tuscawilla Realty team to sell more, list more, and give back more to the community!
