5 *-After deciding to move out of state to a retirement community, I met with Scott Miller one year before the sale of my home. He helped me at every turn, from downsizing to putting a list together of repairs and upgrades, which took about 8 months to accomplish. Scott has a vast array of reliable resources, which I used and am well satisfied. After moving out, Scott continued to do more repairs and put the house on the market within the month. It sold during the 1st Open House. Escrow went smoothly and Scott’s staff walked me through all the electronic docs. Through out the entire process, Scott called me at least once a week to make sure all was on task. As a very satisfied client, I would strongly recommend Scott Miller to sell your home.
