Scott Milligan

Scott was born and raised in Roseville CA. Scott has started and owned several businesses over the years but found his niche in real estate when he started selling homes in 2000. He has also served the city of Roseville as a Firefighter since graduating from Oakmont High School in 1985. Scott earned his college degree while actively working as a Realtor in 2001. In 2015 he was asked by then owners Doug and K.T Ingersoll to take over Park West Properties, the real estate firm he had worked for since 2000. After obtaining his Brokers license from the State of California, he changed the name to Park West Realtors because many people thought it was strictly a property management firm. Immediately after taking over Park West he began to have other agents who knew him ask to come work with him because of his character and reputation. Scott continues to focus on the Placer and Nevada County markets but services other areas as a service to his clients. He has helped buy and sell homes from Tahoe to Napa.

Scott's vision for the business is to maintain a small company that is focused on the highest quality customer service available for the client while encouraging a family atmosphere for the agents. With Scott it's all about people!
