Scott Murray is one of the best people I have ever worked with! He went over and above the call of duty to help me, even scheduling and meeting with contractors for repairs while I was out of town! He is knowledgable about the market, giving sound advice when asked and remaining helpful, positive and patient during the entire process from preparing the house for sale through closing.

Scott Murray handled the sale of my Mom's condo by going above and beyond. What does this mean? He immediately had professional photos taken and had the listing live in 48 hours. He worked his network of agents and we had a full cash offer within 14 days of listing and a closing in less than 30 days. He met contractors at the condo and even purchased and installed a smoke detector that was defective. He arranged and met the town inspector for the CO, coordinated with the HOA and handled the walk thru on the day of closing. I would STRONGLY recommend Scott if you want to list your home for sale.
