About Scott

Scott is a husband, father and a licenses Florida Realtor® driven by a deep belief in home ownership and real estate investment. He also has the energy, a solid record of accomplishment and extensive involvement in his field of skill. He believes in utilizing his impeccable skills and his immense knowledge of the real estate market dynamics to ensure he provides the best buying or selling experience of homes for his clients.
Scott has worked in the field for an ample amount of time hence thrives on meeting and exceeding his clients’ expectations through his personal and consultative approach. Having worked as a real estate valuation specialist at Cobb and Associates, in 1992, he posses the skill and knowledge to offer services that may not be readily available to her clients such as offering accurate information about the current market value of his client’s home, area home sale statistics, market trends and tools which are only available to a professional Real Estate professional. It is this nature of his services that make him a unique and preferred choice for his clients.
Prior to his current prospects in the real estate field, and his work as a Real Estate valuation specialist, Scott was on a totally different professional path. First, In 1982, he joined the United States of America Navy where he served until August 1990 when he received an honourable discharge. During his time with the navy, Scott received numerous assignments and workedork in many areas. He also received numerous awards for his exemplary work and service to the Navy. During all these assignments, Parks was still dedicated to advance academically and as such was also a student at the University of Maryland. Secondly, after his discharge, Parks worked at CNE Software House in Kalamazoo Michigan. He started in internal computers and software sales and after 9 months he was promoted to outside sales. Parks has also worked as a software designer, technician and trainer.
Parks interest and venture into the real estate field kick started in his third venture in the year 1992, when he started working with Cobb and Associates and for the years that followed, his passion for the field grew tremendously and this experience has informed his current decision to venture in the real estate field. Although most of his working experience has not been in the Real Estate field, Scott's interest, passion and dedication to the field has earned him immense knowledge and a wealth of insight of the dynamics of Real Estate. He has also attended trade shows related to Real Estate Appraisal and reinforced his skills in valuation of property which is an integral component of and a key factor to be considered in any real estate transaction.
Scott believes in and aims to be a valuable resource in the real estate field now and in future with an ultimate goal of being a member of the board of realtors.

Scott Parks and the team at Take Action Properties are incredible. We were lucky to find him when considering a move from GA to Palm Coast.
