We have worked with Scott over the past 5+ years and done many transactions with him. The reason we initially decided to work with Scott is the reason we still LOVE working with Scott today, his responsiveness. He is always available, quickly responds to texts and phone calls and keep us up to date on the details of the sale/purchase with great frequency. He is always willing to show us a property we might be interested in and always sends us details on both the property and the area comps. He is truly a pleasure to work with. I have recommended him to many of my friends and they have had the same positive experience working with Scott as we have.

Scott is the best Realtor around! His advice for finding a location and the right community was spot on! And he was so smart about the process including every detail of the law And the best way to negotiate. Plus he has lots of connections to every kind of vendor needed which made it much easier from beginning to end. I both bought my condo from him and sold it through him and both were a breeze thanks to Scott. I highly recommend him!

Scott is an amazing realtor! He has an amazing knowledge base but also allows you to form your own opinion. He partnered with us to identify exactly what we wanted or needed to have in a potential home. He knew how to find various options on the market based off the criteria we gave him. He was diligent in finding homes that were newly placed on the market and patient with us as we took as much time to make the choice that was best for us. I could not recommend him more!

Scott is the type of guy to give 100% into everything that he does. The guy seemingly works around the clock every day always there to answer questions from the most mundane to the most serious.

Scott is not afraid to tell you the truth and how it really is. That is important when you are making a financial and an emotional decision like buying a home. It is important to have an honest and impartial partner in that process when so many emotions and thoughts are flying around.

I have bought and sold many homes in my life, and having a partner like Scott who is invested in you as a customer and as a friend is very important as you travel down this journey.

My wife and I have referred friends and family alike to Scott over the years, and they have seen similar results in his performance. When my wife and I are ready to sell our home, we plan on leveraging Scott's services again.
