About Scott
Scott Reinmuth is a real estate broker and the Managing Broker of Acquire Homes, an independent brokerage based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a third-generation Realtor, real estate has always been part of his life—but his approach to the business has been shaped just as much by discipline, systems, and a focus on doing things the right way.
Before entering the real estate industry, Scott served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the mindset that still guides how he works today: be direct, stay disciplined, and execute the mission.
After leaving the military, Scott joined his family’s brokerage and became deeply involved in building and operating the company alongside his father. Over time he stepped into multiple leadership roles—including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Managing Broker—giving him hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of running a real estate brokerage.
Today, Scott leads the day-to-day operations of Acquire Homes, focusing on improving systems, strengthening the brokerage, and helping agents and clients navigate the market with clarity and confidence.
Scott also brings more than a decade of experience in marketing and advertising, which he uses to help sellers position their homes effectively in the market. His belief is that selling a home isn’t just about listing it—it’s about creating demand through strategy, preparation, and strong market exposure.
Having lived in the Colorado Springs area for more than 30 years, Scott combines deep local knowledge with a strategic, systems-driven approach to real estate. His goal is to continually improve how homes are marketed, how agents are supported, and how clients experience the buying and selling process.
At the core of his work is a simple philosophy: tell the truth about the market, build a clear strategy, and treat clients like family.
Outside of real estate, Scott enjoys building systems, studying business and marketing, investing, and continually improving how things work.
