I bought a house in Oviedo FL 32765 area back to 2016. I had used at least 10 agents before him, so far he is the best one. I used most agents only at one time, then drop them because you can tell the difference. I never had someone recommend an agent for me. When I shop the house, I click the contact then randomly select one. But in luck, Scott came out. Scott is the most professional agent I had ever met. Scott will follow the standard procedure to show you the house, analyze the property and communicate between buyer and seller, push the finance agent/broker to work on the loan. Here are the typical good parts of Scott: 1. He will not push or rush you to buy unless you like it. ( I am not a millionaire so I am not able to choose the perfect house in the world). Scott will wait for the perfect house to meet your need. 2. Scott will not introduce a junk or house with many problems or potential problems to you. He always points out for you to let you be aware of it. I believe most of the agents do not have such integrity because some agents will not give some advice and let you make the decision. However, Scott will do some search and warn you about the condition of the house. 3. The estimated price from Scott is accurate because he knows this area very well. The houses I looked at before almost fell out of my price range. 4. He will write notes whenever he looked the house for you. 5. Those contractors introduced by him are pretty good. 6. He is a very patient and polite, very gentleman-type person. The most professional part from him once the house gets into the offer and closing stage. He will monitor everything for you and follow up every procedure in every detail. He is very carefully into every detail on the offer, counteroffer, and closing stage. So, as a buyer, you need someone like him to take care of you for everything!

Very happy with the level of service we were provided by Scott Rhodes. Scott was very knowledgeable about the area and the process from start to finish. While looking for homes, he provided us with daily listings of homes that met our search criteria. He took us around to look at numerous homes and was knowledgeable about every one. Once we decided on the home that we wanted, he provided us with a pre-closing reminder checklist to alleviate any oversights and to ensure a smooth, trouble-free closing; and most welcome after-closing reminder checklist to include links to all of the servicing utility and the local post office along with addresses and contact phone numbers and instructions on how to proceed to apply for services. The information that Scott provided throughout the entire process was extremely helpful and saved an extraordinary amount of time.
We will be calling Scott in the future.

Most of the times realtors don't have enough knowledge or expertise in the know-how of what should be looked at when looking at the house, especially with plumbing or roof etc what could be potential issues in a resale house. Was looking for a home in Oviedo and found Scott to help me. From the very beginning I felt totally comfortable with him. His professionalism is praiseworthy. He is amazingly patient and has a great way of dealing with stressful situations - which happens quite often when buying in a difficult market such as this one. We first contacted Scott 3 years ago to help find our new home. That house didn't work out, but he kept patiently vetting homes against our wish lists, listening to our feedback. There were few that fit all that we wanted and could afford, and we were not in a big hurry to downsize so it took a while. We did find our perfect home in October and Scott guided us through the steps and kept on top of the paperwork. He worked with our lender and closing agent, as well as the Seller's agent to keep everything flowing smoothly. We closed on time, no surprises and could not be happier. We worked with Scott to find and purchase our dream home in Oviedo. Scott far exceeded our expectations of a realtor and was great to work with. He always responded to us very quickly, was able to show us homes within a day or two, and had great insight into the area, the market, the communities, etc. When it came time to make an offer Scott made the process very fast and easy with his online form submission site. He made sure everything was documented properly and stayed on top of everything, and was always looking out for us.
