Scott is adept at negotiating contracts on behalf of and in terms beneficial to his clients. During this time, Scott earned a Master of Science in Financial Management from the University of Maryland University College.
Scott has lived in Southern Maryland with his family for the past 10 years and appreciates its natural beauty, vibrant history, and lifestyle. Having worked in Washington DC for all that time, he is intimately familiar with the challenges and benefits of commuter living.
