About Scott
After seventeen years at Lowcountry Real Estate, Scott decided it was time to update his agent profile. When he started, his oldest of four children was starting college and the youngest kindergarten. This spring the youngest joined the other three as university graduates. You can say Scott has been in the business for quite some time.
Scott Sanders is a fourth generation local. Prior to joining the Lowcountry family he helped manage a family farm on Saint Helena Island where he helped raise as many 150 acres of tomatoes. Additionally, they had as many as four shrimp trawlers at one time as part of our business. In 1991 and 1992 he served as President of the South Carolina Tomato Growers Association and served several years on the board of directors of the Beaufort County Farm Bureau. Several years after the death of his father he decided to make a career change and real estate seemed a natural fit. Currently Scott leases his land for agricultural production.
Since joining Lowcountry Real Estate, Scott has sold everything from mobile home lots to plantation properties and everything in between. The work ethic that he learned from his father while growing up on the passenger seat of a pickup truck has served him well. He has had the honor of being Lowcountry's leading sales agent in both 2010 and 2016. Scott has also served on the board of the Beaufort County Association of Realtors.
As a property owner raised in the low country woods and waterways, Scott feels uniquely qualified to represent both buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs.
