MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR I have worked with RE/MAX Elite Property Management Division since February 2012 and I am the supervisor for rental property maintenance; overseeing maintenance issues and concerns. I assist property managers to make sure investment properties are safe and maintenance work is completed by licensed and insured repair technician in a timely manner, I often communicate with owners, tenants, vendors and property managers. My goal is to make sure vendors provide high quality, timely and effective service to owners and tenants.
