I was born in Hermosa Beach and have lived in Redondo Beach for over thirty years. I know the South Bay Real Estate Market and the surrounding areas very well.

I represent both buyers and sellers of real estate here in the South Bay area. I also work with investors making purchases of single family properties for rehab projects throughout Southern California. When you work with investors, you have to be very accurate in your numbers when making an offer for an investor, and also the after market selling price when the project is finished and ready for market.

I believe great marketing is the key to the successful sale of a property to get the highest price. This includes, professional photos and video of your home. I have been doing professional photography for Real Estate for the past four years.
