Scott is a Jacksonville, FL native and has lived in Charlotte, NC since 1999. He spent 18 years with Bank of America, first managing a national loan operations center, and later as a marketing senior vice president for commercial real estate, affordable housing, historic preservation & community development. He transitioned to residential real estate in 2007, and despite the downturn in the market at that time, Scott loved his job and knew he would always practice real estate. Scott is proud to say his business is 100% referral based, and he puts his clients first, working diligently to help them find the perfect place or sell their existing home. Scott is active in local tennis leagues, the Piedmont Kennel Club, and served a 2-year term as Treasurer of the Charlotte Small Business Resource Center. Scott currently serves as chair of the Professional Standards Board for the Charlotte Realtor Association.
