Scott Ungar

As a licensed real estate broker extraordinaire, Scott touts an interesting lot of experience within the market. Spearheading Ungar & Company, his responsibilities run the gamut from beginning to end of the real estate process: starting from client development and property analysis to operations and eventual disposition of the asset.

Scott obtained the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation to perfect his methodology for financial analysis. Combining this certification with Scott’s natural negotiation skills accredit him versatility across residential, commercial, consultation and investments.

Scott’s extracurricular side is satiated by Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Texas, yoga, swimming, and enjoying Austin with his wife Erin and daughter Stella.
