About Scott

Scott Vinson II has been a licensed salesperson with the State of California since the age of 18 in 2007 immediately going into real estate as a full time Realtor. Despite the foreclosure home market on the rise Scott's persistence and dedication to helping future home owner's and clients in distress earned recognition as a company wide Top Producer in 2008 & 2009 to include Coldwell Banker's worldwide Sterling Silver Society. Answering the call to duty Scott enlisted into the United States Army in 2009 as an Airborne Infantryman. Scott was assigned to the 4th Brigade 25th Infantry Division Airborne based out of Alaska which he deployed and served overseas in Afghanistan in Operation Enduring Freedom 2011 & 2012. For his actions in combat Scott was awarded a range of Medals from the U.S. Army and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Now home for good in Beautiful San Diego, CA to help make dreams come to true for families on the home front!

Best realtor, great guy, and probably the hardest worker on the west coast. He knows everything and would not ever give you bad advice when trying to purchase or sell. He has now sold a home for us and closed on a house for us. I could not imagine NOT having Scott as our realtor - we probably would be in rough shape. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of stress, work with Scott.

If you're reading this it's a sign that you need to get Scott and his team! I highly recommend him.

After working with a different agent and no luck. My husband & I met with Scott, within 30 days we found our home AND got our keys to our first home. He made our dreams a reality! From the moment we met Scott, we felt so comfortable. He was on top of everything, answered all questions (no matter how many times we asked the same one), and was honest about everything. And I can't leave out how knowledgeable he is, this guy knows his stuff!

When we need a realtor again best believe Scott will be our guy!
