Scott Wells

Scott has been involved with Real Estate since 1989 and has held an Iowa Real Estate license starting in 1996. He was born and raised in Council Bluffs, where he currently resides.

He was two children, Carter, and Mackenzie. He enjoys helping first-time homeowners select a property that they can call home, as well as seasoned homeowners, who find that dream home they have been working for.

If a person looks at Real Estate investments historically, it will show that it has been a wise place to invest and reap a return over time. He has had good success in assisting investors to find properties that will help generate income as well creating a nice retirement income stream in the future.
