From start to finish the whole process went relatively quick (and lucrative to me) in a slow market. Very smooth no glitches, great communication, and was able to rely on Scott and team to communicate and work with tenant effectively, as I was out of town for most of it. Scott was professional, dedicated and confident from the start and it paid off for me.

Scott is a gem! Our property sold very quickly and what he thought it might go for.
He also helped with struggles encountered along both sides of the transaction….. he NEVER flinched. We love this guy and hope to be friends for the rest of time.

Don't sleep on choosing this Real Estate agent! You won't find a better, more accommodating and professional out there.

He keeps you constantly updated. You always know where you stand whether you are selling or buying. He goes way beyond the call of duty and does so at the current low listing and selling percentages.

No way would I use anyone other than Scott Widdicombe if I were to sell or buy again. Awesome is an understatement!

Scott Widdicombe helped me and my partner find the perfect home long before he even became a realtor. We were living out of state for work at the time. So all we had was the internet until me met Scott. He is very well connected and knows a lot about the desert and it's rich culture. He truly understands the long history of Palm Springs being a Get-A-Way for The Who's who in Hollywood. As a longtime costumer for the studio's he forged many import relationships that he still keeps today. He pointed us to a home that we fell in love with on-line. We flew out over a weekend, made an offer and we've lived here now for many years. Scott's kindness and integrity are rare today and no one is more detailed and dedicated the Scott Widdicombe!
