Scott is a self-made first-generation Realtor that has built his business and his reputation one relationship at a time. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and a Certified Resort & Second-Home Specialist (RSPS), licensed in both California and Nevada. Scott grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. After graduating from CSU, Chico, he moved to North Lake Tahoe. He developed his business skills at Tahoe Dave’s, applying his business degree in strategic management, building his first career in the winter sports industry. Scott then took over operations of Obexer’s General Store in Homewood. Rebuilding a once successful lakeside business, bringing it back to, and exceeding its former glory. With his background in business, sales and customer service, opportunity at Pacific Union International Real Estate was the perfect next move for his career in service and leadership, as an exceptional Luxury Real Estate Professional. In 2018 Scott joined Compass for its leading-edge technology platform and national agent network to complement his core attributes.
