Sean Coughlin

Sean Coughlin, MBA is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at SVN | The Masiello Group. He advises commercial sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants on property data, redevelopment, and various real estate investment projects in Southern NH. He is a member of the NH Commercial Investment Board of Realtors®, the NH Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. Sean served on the Prime MLS Board of Directors, including a stint on the MLS management staff. He has advised clients nationally on real estate technology (prop-tech), and served briefly as Product Advisory Chairman for Black Knight’s market-leading Paragon software. Sean loves to roll up his sleeves and help his people achieve their goals, advising them through their real estate investment journey with dedication and respect.

In a previous life, Sean graduated media arts college to earn his bachelor’s degree pursuing a career in film & television while working in Hollywood, CA. Sean continues to bring a creative mindset to all his endeavors.
