I was put into a situation where I needed to sell my house, then purchase something else, and needed to do this FAST. I contacted Sean because I have seen his ability to get deals done first hand. After calling Sean, we went and looked at a few properties. Then after finding the one I wanted, we submitted an offer, and it was accepted the next day. In a sellers market, it is rare for this to happen without being put in a highest and best situation. After the seller accepted my offer, Sean put my house on the market. Within 6 days, Sean presented me with a FULL PRICE offer for my listing. Sean kept me updated the entire way for both transactions and did everything he could to ensure they went as smooth as possible. He always had my best interest in mind throughout both transactions.
