My wife and I chose to work with Sean because I have served with him, and because he has found homes for numerous friends of mine, so it made sense for me to choose a familiar face. Let me say that we were not disappointed, and he greatly exceeded our expectations. I texted him out of the blue to see if he could help us find a home, and he immediately set us up with an appointment with him to go over how the entire process works. We knew next to nothing about the home buying process (especially how VA loans work), but Sean guided us and clarified a lot of our preconceived notions about how things work, much to our benefit.

He then set us up with an search profile with his company so we could view properties on the market, which was great. We weren't initially actively looking, but he was always available to answer our questions about the houses that were coming up from the automated search query. Once we did actively start looking for a house, Sean set us up with every piece of the puzzle. He recommended a loan agent / company for us to work with that worked out perfectly, and between him and our loan agent we were never lacking for guidance.

I was teleworking at the time of our house viewing stage of the process, so I had some free time to go view houses in the afternoons. I would text Sean in the morning to see if we could view some properties that same day, and he ALWAYS made time to go see them with me, even if the requests were quick turnaround. He also setup a weekend for my wife and I to go view multiple properties with him, and he was always knowledgeable about the communities, housing prices, home inspection topics, and potential issues with each house. There was never a time when we felt like he was trying to make a sale, and we always felt like he had our best interests in mind.

With Sean's help, guidance, and expertise, we were able to find an amazing home in a great community. Here is a quick list of why we absolutely recommend Sean:

I highly recommend Sean as your realtor. Sean helped my wife and I purchase our first home together in October 2020. Sean was honest, open, and transparent throughout our whole home buying process. He possesses a vast knowledge of the homebuying process and always advised us on tough decisions. We viewed over 50 properties in various cities (Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church and Woodbridge) and placed 5 offers over a 4 month span. Sean was always remained calm and displayed energizing optimism which always kept us with a positive outlook.

NO ONE COMPARES! I'm sitting in my dream home because of Sean.

Sean is an allstar realtor (and now friend!). When I started the homebuying process, he took my husband and I though all the steps so thoroughly that we were left with a clear understanding of the process, Sean's role, and home market. He did not question or push our budget, but was realistic with us.

We ended up putting offers in on multiple houses. Sean wrote smart, competitive offers and paired us with loan officer(s) and support staff who could work with us thoughtfully. I appreciated the time he put into showing me homes and the offers he wrote. He knows the market, other realtors, and how to play the home market game. More importantly, he cared about getting us into a perfect home, which was evident by his quicks answers to texts and call backs. And once you buy your home and your husband breaks your oven, you can even call Sean and ask if it was covered in your home warranty (thank god it was!).

When it is time, I'll be using Sean again to find us our next dream home.

I’m writing this review because I was shocked to see negative reviews. I understand that finding the right realtor is critical for this difficult process but I feel fortunate to have found Sean because he ultimately proved to have my best interest at heart. My best friend referred Sean since he helped her find her home. I started the home buying process at the worst time (during a job change and at the beginning of a pandemic) but Sean dealt with my constant questions, location changes (VA, DC, MD), and unwillingness to settle, with patience and professionalism.

We actually met Sean through a mutual friend whom he recently sold a home to. During our first discussion, I was impressed with his knowledge and communication. My husband and I just recently purchased a home last year, Sean not only knew the area but the model of my home, and was able to discuss the positives of the community. I especially enjoyed his interest in the NOW, rather than seizing an opportunity to sell to me in the future. Because of my first impression, when my husband and I expressed an interest in a community up the street building single family homes, Sean was the first and only person I reached out to. I haven't even spoken to my original realtor, Sean is that good. I invited him over for dinner (might I mention he made a significant drive just to be here) and asked him to bring any materials he could find on the new community. I emphasized we weren't looking to buy for another couple years. During our meet up, Sean was prepared with tons of information that he could gather on a set of homes that, at the time, didn't even have a completed model yet. Because of Sean, my husband and I were able to get a look at the models they had planned, relative costs, land, and more information on the builders. He was also very informed about renting properties. Last, he did not apply any pressure on buying and completely understood that we were only interested.

I don't know what is with the sudden influx of very vague, negative reviews, but considering I most definitely plan to team up with Sean in the future, I wanted to give my take on why I'm already a very content client, without having even put down a cent. Sean is most definitely, without a doubt, extremely knowledgable, kind, and communicative as a realtor, with no added pressures that I've experienced in the past. Not to mention his positive attitude is absolutely infectious. He's amazing even to my son. I definitely look forward to working with him in the future.
