The Eckhardt Team is a dedicated duo providing hands-on service to buyers and sellers navigating the real estate world. Real estate is a second career for both members of the team. Sean brings with him 26 years of military service, having served in both the ARMY and NAVY from 1985 to 2011, with several years dedicated to military recruitment. Recognized for his strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities, Sean was introduced to real estate by a family friend and found his professional home at Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors in 2011. As the business expanded, Sean realized the need for additional support, so he enlisted the help of his spouse to form their team. In 2017, after 23 years in education as a teacher, counselor, and coach, Sean's spouse "retired" and joined forces to embark on their real estate journey. As a husband-and-wife team, their values are rooted in integrity and a deep desire to assist clients in becoming the best versions of themselves.

The Quad Cities hold special significance for the Eckhardt Team as it is both their home and their family. They have raised their four children on both sides of the river, residing in Rock Island, Davenport, Bettendorf, Eldridge, and the Rock Island Arsenal. Their children have actively participated in various extracurricular activities, including athletics, choir, band, drama, and involvement in school, church, and community organizations. During their leisure time, the team enjoys traveling, reading, golfing, riding their Harley, volunteering within the community, and embracing their roles as "Papa" and "Normi" to their beautiful granddaughters.

Recognizing that "homeownership is the cornerstone of a strong community" (Renzi), the Eckhardt Team strives to make the Quad Cities the best place to live. Through their collaborative efforts and expertise, they are dedicated to contributing to the growth and prosperity of the community.
