I have been in the Real Estate industry for the past 13 years serving in multiple capacities. Currently with Brightspeed serving in the Corporate Real Estate Department. I joined the Haven Homes Group team to expand my residential brand. I obtained my Ohio Real Estate Salesperson license in 2018 and have completed over 450 transactions in my real estate career and have transacted on every continent and in every major industry sector (Residential, Retail, Office, Industrial). Prior to joining Haven Homes, I worked with CBRE as a Senior Transaction Manager as part of the Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team. At CBRE, I primarily focused in the Industrial and Office occupier segments serving as an advisor for several large corporations (including fortune 300's). This includes strategic planning, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives with total portfolio advisory responsibility across 75 million-square-feet in more than 60 countries. Before joining CBRE, I worked with various Corporate Real Estate Roles with DHL, Cushman & Wakefield, and AT&T. Licensed in KY and OH
