Sally and Dale E. said...Both my husband & I previously had negative experiences with real estate agents, so I guess I'd say that we had a bit of an attitude when we contacted Sean. But that seems to have changed. We managed to accomplish a completely online purchase with Sean. We weren't able to personally see the property we were interested in, so Sean did a Face Time call with us (in fact, he did 2), showing us everything, answering questions, being very patient. That went a long way toward assuring us that this purchase was right for us. Sean made the offer process quite simple, once again answering every question, anticipating problems & what would be best for us. In fact, every facet of the purchase process was simple & straightforward. Sean made sure we were able to sign necessary documents with a mobile notary in our area, then was always on hand for our calls & emails, smoothing out the process, just being there for us. Sean made several trips over to the place we were buying, taking & sending pictures to us, arranging for our fireplace & chimney to be cleaned, acquainting us with the local lay of the land such as restaurants & services, & generally treating us more like friends than clients.
