Being first time home buyers we were initially intimidated by the process, but thanks to Sean’s experise guiding us from the start to the end - it turned in to a great experience, and we are so happy to have found our first home. Sean is one of the most professional realtors I have ever known and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Sean to everyone! I utilized his services to rent my condo several times and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. He was able to rent my condo within a few weeks. He was incredibly helpful through the whole process and answered all my questions. He is easy to stay in contact with and he is prompt with responses to calls, texts, and emails and goes above and beyond. Often I would be texting him in the evening and received immediate response. I always felt like I was a top priority to Sean even though he had such a busy schedule. Sean truly cares about his clients and it is a pleasure to work with him.

I can’t say enough positive things about Sean as both a realtor and a human. Sean cares not just about your house but also the people inside it - you and your family. My own personal experience involved selling an older home that was in great need of some TLC - in other words, not an easy sell. Sean was not judgmental about the state of my home; he did not recommend I spend thousands of dollars in repairs and upgrades before he would take the house on the market. His approach was practical and logical and kind. At every step, he offered helpful advice and was available for all of my many many questions any time I needed him. Sean really took the time to listen and understand my personal situation and goals. As a single mom, I had great peace of mind throughout the process knowing Sean was on my side and was taking care of every detail. I never had to worry about a thing.
