Educated at North Carolina A&T State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland with a concentration in Marketing, Sean intends to focus on developing an understanding of the macroeconomic factors that shape and influence markets for real property. Sean continues to research the ever changing economic activities, demographic trends, transportation and local government behavior as they affect real estate.
