Sean was absolutely amazing! Home shopping in the middle of a pandemic was scary enough, but Sean made everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. He knows what to look for and he's such a genuin and very professional person. He knows what he's talking about and could answer all of our question, and if he wasn't sure he would take the time to get answers. Would highly recommend him to help with your home buying experience! We are very thankful for all the hard work he put in to help our family! Forever grateful for sure!

If you want someone genuine and honest, go to Sean Nelson for your realtor! From start to finish Sean was professional and very helpful. He responds quickly via phone call or text (for those whom get anxious talking on the phone.) Sean reaches out to you the entire process to update you, let you know what’s next, and inquires if you need help with anything. Such a phenomenal and stand up realtor and person. Sean Nelson helped my husband and I shop for and purchase our first home during a pandemic and at a time when the housing market was very competitive. He secured many private and open house appointments to see a variety of houses/properties that we were interested in. With prior experience in construction, Sean was knowledgeable about what to look for in a house; he was responsive in answering the myriad of questions we had and spent a significant amount of time educating us. Further, Sean connected us with an excellent mortgage lender, and negotiated with the sellers and listing agent when they held most of the negotiating power. We couldn't be happier with our new home and would recommend Sean to others in our shoes!
