Sean is the BEST! We met by chance a few years before he sold my home, and his kindness really struck a chord with me. I was in the market and then found out I was expecting a baby, so we had to put our home buying on pause for a few years. He sent a card congratulating my pregnancy and some lottery tickets - that kind of person earns my business! Anyway, when I was ready to sell, he set me up for success and got an offer within 4 days of listing, for $25k over asking! He was friendly and helpful the entire way, even when I know all my questions were probably overwhelming! I wish I could buy and sell more homes just because my experience was so great. Even turned into a friend! 11/10 would recommend Sean, every time!

We had never worked with Sean before and he did a really great job. We looked at a LOT of homes together and Sean's knowledge of the builders and the Spokane area in general was very valuable. He pointed out important things that we would have surely missed. After we moved in, he even recommended some contractors for us to chose from when we remodeled the basement. Everything worked out fantastic and we are truly living in the home of our dreams. We're super happy! Thanks Sean!
