Sean Rose

Sean Rose is a Senior Acquisitions Associate at City Realty Group (CRG), where he plays a key role in expanding the company’s property portfolio across Greater Boston. In this role, he focuses on identifying and evaluating new development opportunities, sourcing off-market deals, and building relationships with brokers to support CRG’s strategic growth.

Since joining CRG, Sean has brought a strong foundation in retail brokerage and property acquisitions throughout New England. His deep knowledge of the regional market and commitment to relationship-driven deal-making have made him an integral part of CRG’s growing Acquisitions Department.

Prior to CRG, Sean worked as an Associate at CBRE, one of the world's leading commercial real estate firms, where he supported a wide range of transactions and client needs across the region.

A graduate of Hamilton College, Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Hispanic Studies. He currently resides in West Roxbury and remains deeply connected to the Boston area, both personally and professionally.
