Sean Rush

Sean is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where he earned his degree in Business Management and Finance. He is currently in his sixth year in real estate as a licensed Broker in North Carolina and Salesman in South Carolina.

Sean brings over ten years of varied experiences in property management, leasing, marketing, and accounting. He currently is assisting buyers, sellers, and investors while managing a growing portfolio of rental properties. Sean has the expertise and capacity to handle your needs whether seller, first-time homebuyer, step-up homebuyer, or looking for the last place to call home. A Jacksonville, Florida native, growing up in a military family has allowed Sean to travel across the country and experience many different cultural settings. His personality is warm, inviting, and he always looks forward to building new relationships, and conversing about real estate.

Sean takes pride in his superior customer service, work ethic, reliability, and education to best assist his clients. As a former Student-Athlete, his passion, drive and eagerness to learn, teach, and grow will keep him ahead of the curve in the industry. He spends his free time with his wife, Shaneice, and his son Tre, drawing and fishing. Sean loves watching football, coaching youth football, and volunteering in the community with his church, Have Life. He also serves as Assistant Director of Public Relations for his fraternity, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Sean is the son of Retired Naval Commander Sean Rush Sr., and Sharhonda Rush, and has two younger brothers, Shad and Shamar, and an older sister, Shanika.
