He gave truthful feedback in advance which gave me guidance on things to work on prior to listing the home. His professional photographer was amazing, and my listing looked incredible. With the market shifting lately and interest rates on the rise, I was a little nervous about how long it would take to sell but I closed less than a month after listing with Sean. Everything in the process was seamless. Sean's got a lot of experience and will tell you his opinion, give you the information you need to make intelligent decisions, and be a calming voice during what can be a stressful time. The housing market is Nashville is insane, but luckily we had Sean to help guide us! He was incredibly helpful, professional, and most importantly, responsive. He listened to our concerns and questions and if he didn't know the answer (which was very rare) he knew exactly where to look to find it. Over the past 5+ years, my wife and I have used him to buy our first house, sell it 5 years later when we outgrew it, and purchase our current residence. Sean helped us sell our home in January. I interviewed several realtors, and chose Sean because he listened to our needs, reviewed the homes in our area, and presented a tailored marketing plan. I felt like other realtors gave me a standard sales script and Sean spent time to understand our situation and come up with a strategy that met our needs.

During the home sale process, Sean was very responsive beginning when I first called to schedule an interview to after home closing. He answers the phone every time you call and if he is unavailable, he will immediately text you.

Let me start with I work for a company that involves a good amount of moving and I have dealt with a number of real estate agents over the years. Sean is by far the best agent I have been assigned.

Had the pleasure to work with Sean after recently being transferred to Nashville by my company. Due to the transfer timing I had a tight window to tour Nashville and make a decision. What sounds like a stressful situation could not have been any easier because of Sean. Before arriving to Nashville for my house hunting trip, Sean was consistently in communication with me and sent an extensive list of options matching the priorities I had communicated to him just days before.

Upon arriving to the city, Sean was punctual picking me up and had clear direction and priority during our tour. He cleanly laid out my options and we breezed around Nashville and the surrounding areas, allowing plenty of time for our home tours and answering all questions with great knowledge and professionalism.

We worked with Sean for the first time, in 2014, to buy our Nashville home. Five and half years later, as our family began to outgrow that same home, Sean was the obvious choice in helping us secure a solid return.
