Sean Simons

Sean Simons is managing broker of Fridrich & Clark Realty’s Williamson County office located in Brentwood, TN. A licensed REALTOR® since 2003, Sean specializes in representing his clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Cool Springs, Green Hills, Belle Meade, Bellevue, Thompson Station, and Nolensville. Keeping current of all transactions in these areas is at the forefront of Sean’s business and he is very knowledgeable about the new construction and local schools of the area.

Sean is a Nashville native, having been born and raised in the local area. His youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church, and athletics. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Business Finance. Current hobbies include spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and volunteering with various programs and organizations. Sean resides in Franklin with his wife and their two children.
