Hi, I’m Sean Winchell. I work primarily in Mooresville, Davidson, Huntersville, and Cornelius, while also serving clients throughout the Greater Charlotte area.
Before stepping into real estate, I spent 19 years as an emergency room nurse, helping people through some of the most stressful moments of their lives. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and guide people through complex situations with compassion — skills that now serve my clients in real estate every single day.
Alongside nursing, I’ve also worked as an investor and property manager, which gives me a unique perspective on the market. I understand the challenges property owners face as well as the opportunities available to both homeowners and investors. This background allows me to provide practical guidance and creative solutions, whether you’re selling, buying, or managing a property portfolio.
