Sean is an excellent real estate agent who was helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable when my husband and I purchased our first home recently. While looking at homes, Sean went above and beyond to not only show us what we wanted to see but recommend similar homes and nearby neighborhoods that we hadn't considered. We actually found a home with Sean on the first day we went out looking at properties. Our purchase process was quite smooth; despite the fact that the seller wanted some specific terms out of the ordinary, Sean frequently called us to let us know what was going on, and provided honest and thoughtful opinions and advice. I have to admit that my husband and I had initially wondered if we should choose an agent with 10 or 20 years in the business, and some of our friends suggested we go with Redfin because they don't charge as much as an agent. However, we selected Sean because of his excellent referrals and reputation, his wealth of knowledge and insight into the neighborhoods we were shopping in, and his incredible passion and enjoyment for real estate. I truly feel that we were served much better by Sean than we would have been by just selecting any agent from a bus stop ad, and it stresses me out to think about how much more work we would have had to do on our own if we'd used Redfin instead (and almost certainly would not have come out with as nice of a home.) I'd be happy to shop with Sean again in the future and to recommend to others that they shop with him as well to find a home. -Sarah Wiezel

Sean was an amazing representative who worked diligently on our behalf with regards to both selling and purchasing property. It was an emotionally difficult but necessary decision to list my parent's beautiful family home of over 50 years. Sean's amazing organization, guidance, and calmness was notable which resulted in several sound offers starting the day after the for-sale sign was posted. He alleviated possible stressful situations with the notified residing tenants, and escrow was closed in a remarkable short two weeks with an all-cash above asking deal. Sean sequentially managed the next step which was to reinvest a portion of the funds into another property. I had the information about this realtor provided to me by a neighbor of my late aunt. I called him up from Phoenix, Arizona. I told him I would not be able to be going to San Diego to set up the sale of the property that my aunt had left me. i contacted Sean Zanganeh and he stated that he would handle everything from there and I would not have to go to San Diego. I am amazed at how fast the process was.Sean contacted the people that cleaned the inside of the house. He also contacted a landscaper to tidy up the outside. Sean also contacted the termite company that did the work on the property. Sean was able to sell the property faxing me the paperwork that was need for my approval and having the Title company contact me with paperwork I also needed signed for them. Sean helped us buy our 1st home in Del Sur. He was very aggressive in finding us exactly what we wanted. Even through our tough schedules of work and having our 2 year old son with us, he managed to only show us the best of the best. He was savvy enough to video and send a few homes we were unable to see in person just to compare.
