Fluent in several languages, Sebastien was born in Paris to a family who has resided and produced wine from their chateaux in Bordeaux, France, since 1152. After growing up there and learning the business from vine to vendors, he enjoyed a brief stint in Singapore, parlaying his MBA from the American University in Paris into a marketing role with Thomson Multimedia.
Returning to his viticultural roots, Sebastien departed for California, where he founded and ran a wine import business for many years. Upon receiving the Ritz-Carlton's call, he relocated to the nation's capital to serve as the luxury hotelier's official sommelier, where he even presided over the 2004 presidential inauguration events. He has since fully adopted Washington his home, residing in Shaw with his fiancé and his two dogs. As a listing agent, he leverages the same level of tastes and intuition that made him a successful sommelier and marketer to help clients make confident decisions in the complex Washington, DC real estate scene.
